Im Memorium. West Branch, March 14,1894 A few lines to the memory of Mrs. Arza Hendrick, who died Saturday morning, March 3. She left a husband and three little children to mourn her departure. She leaves a father, three sisters and two brothers to survive her in New York State, and a sister in West Branch, Mrs Wm. Bartram. The oldest child of the deceased was not quite 4 years old, the youngest only 8 months old. Mrs Hendrick was about 21 years of age, a kind mother and loved and respected by all who knew her. She was a long sufferer of lung disease and bore her sickness patiently without hardly a murmer like a true Christian woman until death came to her relief. Then the blessed Saviour took her in his arms, and bore her home to his bosom. Now she has crossed the dark river and is safely landed on the flowery shore in the world of fadeless bloom. We shall know the loved onewho has gone before. And joyfully sweet will the meeting be. When over the river the peaceful river, The Angel of death shall carry me. Rest in peace, thou gentle spirit, Throned above. Souls like thine with God inherit, In paradise would bloom. Mrs. A. J.
