This Memorial was Erected by the W.B. Hazen Post G.A.R. No. 370 and W.R.C. No. 
158 in 1904. The memorial is for Our Deceased Soldiers and Sailors, 1851 - 
1865.  It is located in an area surrounded by graves of servicemen and their 
loved ones.
