Additional Comments:
Horace Spoor of Spoor, Oscoda Co, Michigan.  Born in Rochester NY.  Horace 
Spoor was a farmer first in Genesee county and later in Oscoda county, where 
the post-office was named for him. The family are not able to trace his 
ancestry.  The Spoor Michigan post office was only open from 1899 to 1901 in 
Elmer Township.
