        DIED OCT. 4, 1891
   AGED 38 YRS., 3 MOS., & 8 DYS

1880 Census - Otsego County Michigan.
Phebe M. Williams Denison b. June 1853, N.Y., parents born N.J. -
Husband Julius B. Denison, b. Michigan, parents b. N.Y.
Occupation carpenter, Phebe, housewife.
Children, Sarah May b. 1876 N.Y. - Bertha A. Denison b. 1878 Otsego Michigan.

Sept 19, 2012 - The four sided monument has been uprighted on what appears to 
be a new granite base.  Daughter Sarah May is inscribed on the front side of 
the monument, mother, Phebe is inscribed on the side to the right. The back 
side of the monument appears weathered and it is unclear if there may have 
been the name of father, Julius.
