Coopersville Observer, December 23, 1948 December 1948
  Stanley KUZNIAR, 29 years old, and his bride of a few weeks, Freida KUZNIAR, 
27, both of Fruitport, Rt. 1, were killed Friday afternoon when their car was 
hit by a car driven by Earl MANDEVILLE of Grand Rapids.  The accident occurred 
at Dangl and Sternberg roads, southeast of Muskegon.  MANDEVILLE and two other 
occupants of his car were injured in the crash.
  Mr. KUZNIAR died instantly and his wife died a short time after officers 
arrived at the scene of the crash.
