A Little Girl a Matricide.
Grand Haven, Mich., September 6.--
May Pierce, a thirteen-year-old girl, was found guilty of
manslaughter this morning, the Jury having been out twelve
hours. The child was accused of being an accomplice of
George Chesebro, aged eighteen, in the murder of her mother
on July 8. Chesebro was convicted of murder at the last term
of court and is now serving a life sentence.
