Bronkhorst, 47 former Holland resident who had resided in and near Pottawatomie bayou for the past nine years, died unexpectedly Tuesday. He collapsed shortly after rising. He was formerly operator of the Yellow Jacket Inn on M-50 and the Beeline road. He was born in Holland, Nov. 7, 1898. The body was removed to the Van Zantwick and Ayers funeral home. Survivors include the widow, Myrtle; his father William Bronkhorst, a sister Mrs. William Van Regenmorter, and two nephews all of Holland. Mrs Bronkhorst and her sister-in-law, Mrs. Edward Norris, now own and manage the Fiesta cafe on Washington St., formerly known as Young's cafe.
