Herrick District Library Obiluaries ((1940-2003) and Holland Sentinel
Mrs. John (Gertrude) Den Bleyker, 76, died Saturday in Holland, Hospital. 
Born in Fillmore township, she lived all her life in this area and was a 
charter member of Maranatha Christian Reformed Church. 
Surviving are a daughter, Mr. Jacob (Greta) Breuker; a son, Jerome Den 
Bleyker; four grandchildren, Calvin, Karen and Beverly Den Bleyker and David 
Breuker, a great-grandson, Douglas Lee Den Bleyker; a brother Jerry 
Schrotenboer and a sister Mrs. Gerrit Dykman, all of Holland.
Services will be held Tuesday in Maranatha Christian Reformed Church with the 
Rev. Kermit Rietema and the Rev. Edward Cooke officiating. Burial will be in 
Graafschap Cemetery.

Additional Comments:
Gertrude was born Nov. 16, 1896 to Johannes G. Schrotenboer and Jennie (Slenk) 
Schrotenboer.
