Holland Sentinel June 23, 1972
Grades Den Bleyker, 80, of 244 College Ave., died at his home early today 
following a lingering illness.
Born in Holland, he had worked as a leasing agent in the oil business for many 
years. He was a veteran of World War I.
Surviving are his wife, Mamie, a son, Joseph of Stevensville; five daughters, 
Mrs. Gordon (Orma) Vander Kooi of Grand Rapids, Mrs Patrick (Elaine) Cilffi of 
Holland, and Shirley at home. 15 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Hattie Schaap 
of Holland; a sister-in-law, Mrs. John Den Bleyker.
Services will be held Monday at the Dykstra Downtown Chapel with the Rev. 
Gordon Vander Kooi and the Rev. Howard Schipper officiating. Burial will be in 
Graafschap Cemetery.
