Herrick District Library, Obituries ( 1940-2003) , Holland, Michigan
James De Vries, 64 died Friday morning at Holland hospital. Surviving are the 
widow and one daughter, Mrs. Peter Gravengoed of Grand Rapids, and tree 
grandchildren, one brother, Necholas De Vries of Zeeland and two sisters, Mrs. 
Dick Romeyn of Zeeland and Mrs. Cornelius Breen of Glendale, Califoria. 
Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 1:30 at the home, private, and 
at 2 p.m. at the Fourteenth Street Christian Reformed church, Dr. R.J. Danhof 
officiating.

Additional Comments:
I have James and his wife Clara VanSpyker buried in Pilgrim Home Cemetery, 
Holland, Michigan.
