Coopersville Observer, June 16, 1933
Mrs. Jessie Forbes Bartell,age 23, youngest daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Emory 
FORBES of Grand Rapids died after a five month illness at her parents home.  
The Bartell family were residents here some years ago.  She is survived by her 
husband, William BARTELL of Chicago; her parents and two sisters, Mrs. Ben 
CRAVENS of Tusculum, Tenn. and Mrs. George CHILDRESS of Williamsburg, 
Kentucky.  The funeral was held at the Clarence D. Sullivan Funeral Home and 
burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery.
