Coopersville Observer, July 15, 1887
Mrs. Truman H. Lillie, 22 years old, a daughter of Mr. & Mrs. J. E. JAQUES of 
Charlotte and sister to Mrs. G. W. Watrons of this place, died last Friday 
morning after a severe illness of several weeks.  She married Mr. Lillie in 
October 1884.  He and their two year old child survive her.  Funeral was held 
at the family home last Sunday afternoon.
