Holland District Library, Obituaries (1940-2003) Holland, Michigan
Mrs. Dorothy Mast, 91, died Friday in Zeeland hospital. She had been living 
with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Joe Mast of Zeeland.
A former Drenthe resident, she was born in the Netherlands and came to the 
United States as a child. Her husband, Hendrik (Henry), died about 50 years 
ago.
Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Jennie) Lanning and Mrs. Egbert 
(Alice) Boes, both of Grand Rapids; Mrs. John (Hattie) Vander Kolk of Forest 
Grove and Mrs. John (Tena) Broekhuis of Oakland; three sons Gerrit, John and 
Joe all of Zeeland; one sister-in-law, Mrs Evert Vis of Zeeland; 23 
grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren. 
Services will be held Monday at the Yntema funeral home. Burial will be in 
West Drenthe Cemetery.

Have Hendrik death as June 10, 1903, burial in West Drenthe Cemetery.
