Coopersville Observer, August 10, 1906
Albert E. Nixon was born May 29, 1880 in Polkton Twp., Ottawa Co. where he 
spent his boyhood and graduated from Coopersville high school in 1898; then 
became a teacher and taught in the schools of Ottawa Co.  He moved to 
Ritzville, Wash. about two years ago, where he had been teaching until his 
untimely and tragic death which occured on the St. Joe River near Harrison, 
Idaho, July 18, 1906.
