Coopersville Observer, April 12, 1935
  Mrs. Mary A. Pritchard, 86, daughter of first settlers in Allendale Twp., 
Mr. & Mrs. Richard Roberts, died at her home in Grand Rapids last Thursday 
morning.  She was born October 22, 1848 in Allendale Twp.  She married in 1876 
to Robert Pritchard, who died 24 years ago.  She is survived by a sister, 2 
nephews and a cousin.  Funeral services were held Monday at the home in Grand 
Rapids and burial in the Allendale Cemetery.
