Holland Sentinel
John Henry Rotman, 51, of 882 W. 20th Street, died Monday evening in Holland 
Hospital. He had been employed at H.J. Heinz Co. for 26 years and was a member 
of the Wesley Methodist Church. Surviving are the widow, two children, Marvin 
and Vernon at home, and his mother, Mrs. Johannes (Clara)Rotman. four brothers, 
Ed, Dick, Mart and James, all of Holland and six sisters, Mrs. Charles (Jennie)
Scheltema of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Albert (Dena) Kaper of Hamilton, Mrs. Simon 
(Elizabeth)Posma of Kalamazoo, Mrs. (Fannie)George Reimink of Hamilton, and 
Mrs. Bill (Adriana, Anna) Haggai of Grand Rapids. Funeral services will be held 
Friday at 1:30 pm at the home private and at 2 pm at the Wesleyan Methodist 
church. The Rev. C.W. Meredith will officate and burial will be in Fairlawn 
cemetery. 

Additional Comments:
John Henry was born Mar 11, 1885 to Johannes (John) Rotman and Clara Vander Bie 
Rotman. Married Minnie Wolbert on April 18, 1917.
