Satterlee Georgia Faye Satterlee, 79 of Holland, formerly of Charlotte, died Sunday, Oct. 26, 2003. Mrs. Satterlee was born March 24, 1924, in Lansing, the daughter of Burr Clifford Wright and Muriel Grace (Mullins) Wright. She was a homemaker and enjoyed making quilts and teddy bears. She was also active in projects to support the missionaries of Chester Gospel Church. She is survived by her daughters, Dawn (Michael)) Green of Holland and Deana (David) Chance of Ypsilanti; brothers, Charles (Betty) Wright of Charlotte, Burr Spencer (Sondra) Wright of Grandville and Lowell Patrick (Dorthy) Wright of Flint; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Eugene Satterlee in 1989 and six brothers and sisters. Funeral Services were held Oct. 29 at Pray Funeral Home in Charlotte, with Rev. Merrit Johnson officiating. Interment was at Gresham Cemetery in Charlotte. Memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons or Child Evangelism Fellowship. Arrangemets were by Pray Funeral Home of Charlotte.
