Bert Walcott, 72, of Drenthe Dies
Zeeland -- Bert Walcott, 72, of Drenthe, (route 3, Zeeland) died at his home 
this morning following a heart attack. He was a member of the Drenthe 
Christian Reformed Church and a farmer in the area all his life.
Surviving are the wife, Jennie; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Joan) Engelsman; 
one son, Melvin, both of Drenthe; six grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. William 
Rowderdink of Grand Rapids, Mrs. Henry C. Russcher of East Holland; two 
brothers Henry Walcott of Zeeland and Gerrit Veenboer of Zeeland.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Drenthe Christian 
Reformed Church with the Rev. J. J. Kenbeek officiating. Burial will be in the 
West Drenthe cemetery.
Relatives will meet in the church basement at 1:15 p.m. Friends and relatives 
may meet the family at the Yntema Funeral Home Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and 
Sunday from 2 to 4 and 8 to 9 p.m.
