John "Jan" Diekema or Dykema was born Nov 1862 in Michigan and died in 1937. 
He is the son of immigrants Kornelis Derks Dijkema and Anje Berends Westing. 
His wife Gesina was born Sep 1867 in the Netherlands and died in 1935.
