This headstone is  rectangular polished red granite with gray fields and
decorative carvings.  A graphic representation of a bowl of flowers is etched
into each of the top corners of the stone with a banner inscribed "Dietz"
centered between them.  Below the banner on the left side, in a rectangular
field, is inscribed "Father, Albert, Sept. 23, 1883, May 30, 1967".  In an
identical field on the right is inscribed "Mother, Alfena, Mar. 11,1887, Oct.
20, 1941."  Gray stylized columns decorate each side of the stone.

Albert John Dietz  September 23, 1883 - May 30, 1967
Alfena Hermina(Vogler) Dietz  March 11, 1887 - October 20, 1941 

Additional Comments:
Albert is the son of Friederich and Wilhelmine Dietz who are buried at Belknap
Township Cemetery, Presque Isle County, MI.  Alfena is the daughter of Carl and
Caroline Vogler who are buried at St. Michael's Lutheran Church Cemetery,
Belknap Township, Presque Isle County, MI.
