This is a small gray granite or marble headstone with a raised heart inscribed
with the words "Elsie E. E., Daughter of Albert & Alfena, 15 Aug.1914, 20
Oct.1916, capped by a recumbent lamb.  Beneath this inscription is a phrase in
german which I could not decipher accurately enough to reproduce here.  Across
the base of the stone is the family name "Dietz". 

Elsie Emma Edna Dietz August 15, 1914 - October 20, 1916

Additional Comments:
Elsie's parents, Albert and Alfena (Vogler) Dietz are buried in the Rogers City
Memorial Park Cemetery
