News Article For Saginaw, Bay Area ?
Several Persons Hurt in Traffic Accidents in City, County,                    
Pedestrian is Victim                                                          
One person is dead and several others are in hospitals as the result of week-
end highway accidents in Saginaw county.  The dead man is Vincent Chase, 62 
years old, of Spaulding township.  While walking along East street, about two 
miles from the city limits, he was struck at 9 p.m. Saturday by a truck driven 
by Travis Budd of Burt.  Chase died Sunday at St. Mary's hospital.

This article was in my Grandmother, Bertha (nee Chase) Palmer's Bible.  I do 
not know the month, day, or year of it's publication but it is quoted from the 
original article.
