Saginaw News, 13 Dec 1948
HASS, MRS. VIVA  906 North Oakley Street
Wife of Robert Hass, passed away at Saginaw General Hospital, Age 41 years.  
Viva North was born May 25, 1907, at Owosso, Mich., and married to Mr. Hass at 
Saginaw, June 1, 1937.  She leaves four daughters and one son.
Mrs. Robert Vasold, Mrs. Gustave Novak, Mrs. Patrick O'Neal, Mrs. David Heft 
and Donald Hass.  Her parents are Mr. and Mrs. Grant Stevens of Drayton Plains.
She has one sister: Mrs. Irvin Quackenbush and one brother, Eugene North, and 
four grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
Viva's first marriage was to Glenn Gable, who with she had two daughters, Eva 
Dell and Florence Gable, and  the she married Mr. Hass who had two daughters, 
Laura and Marion Hass, and had a son with Mr. Robert Hass, Donald Hass.
