Robinette, Mrs. Floy
Chesaning, Michigan

Passed away Monday, June 11, 1979, at the Chesaning Rest Home.  Age 86 years.  
Floy Gerow was born Jan. 16, 1893, in Clare County.  She was married to James 
Robinette April 7, 1914.  He passed away in 1961.  She was the librarian in 
Chesaning retiring in 1961.  She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star 
of which she was Past Matron.  She was a Past Noble Grand of the Rebekah 
Lodge.  She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church.  Surviving 
are three sons, Elton and Gail Robinette, both of Chesaning; Ross, Crystal 
Falls, Mi.; seven grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.  A sister a step-
sister and two half brothers, predeceased her.

Funeral service will take place 1:00 p.m.  Wednesday at the Trinity United 
Methodist Church in Chesaning.  Rev. Lewis P. Compton will officiate with 
burial in Wildwood Cemetery.  Friends may call at the Misiuk-Morse Funeral 
Home in Chesaning.  An Eastern Star service will be conducted at the funeral 
home at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.  The public is welcome to attend.  Memorials may be 
given to the library or the church.
