[died. December 27, 1853] William Vincent, 86, of Brant died Monday morning at the home of his son Ford in Chesaning. He was born Dec. 8, 1867 in Port Huron coming to Brant in childhood and had been a lifelong resident. He married Almira Aldrich of Brant in 1890. Besides his wife he leaves seven daughters and five sons: Mrs. Clara Palmer, Rhodes; Mrs. Dortha Griffus, Mrs. Alma Devereaux, Chesaning; Mrs. Caroline Bell, Birmingham; Mrs. Helen Frasier, Owosso; Mrs. Vera Borsenik, Ann Arbor; Mrs. Marie Herbers, Brant. Dorman [Dorwin], Bay City; George, Cass City; William, Dearborn; Aaron, Birmingham, and Ford, Chesaning; 50 grandchildren; 63 great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held Wednesday, with burial in Brant cemetery.
