Edison Ross Badger January 19, 1919 - October 19, 1995 Mr. Edison R. Badger, 76, of Deckerville, formerly of Mt. Clemens, died Thursday, October 19, 1995, in Deckerville Community Hospital. He was born January 19, 1919 in Canada, son of the late Norman and Jean (Laing) Badger. He married Miss Julia Hill on June 20, 1944 at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Parisville. He graduated from a Detroit area High School. He was employed for the. J.L.Hudson Company for thirty years in Men's Apparel and retired in 1981. He moved to the Thumb area and lived in Huron and Sanilac counties since 1982. He was very active in the Hudson's Thanksgiving Day Parades. Surviving are three daughters, Debra Molitor and her husband. Dr. James, of Harbor Beach, Cindy Klee and her husband, David, of Harbor Beach and Dawn Bruderick and her husband, Mark, of Lake Orion; two sons, Dennis Badger and his wife, Anne, of Ubly and Douglas and his wife, Cathy, of Ubly, one brother, Harold Badger and his wife, Marge; 15 grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren. He was preceded in death by three sons, Ken, Gary and Thomas, and one daughter, Denise. Services were held Saturday in the Zinger-Smigielski Funeral Home in Ubly. Rev. John Mullet, pastor of St. John Catholic Church of Ubly officiated. Burial was in St. John Cemetery, Ubly. Published Minden City Herald Thursday October 26, 1995.
