Jeffrey H. Farmer
November 16, 1958 - December 8, 2022
Jeffrey H. Farmer, 64, of Sandusky, passed away Thursday, December 8, 2022 at 
McLaren Hospital, Port Huron after a long, courageous battle with cancer.  
Jeffrey was born November 16, 1958 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan to the late Lawrence 
and Ova Jean (Chaffin) Farmer of Sandusky.  He married Lisa Roggenbuck on August 
19, 1978 in Marlette, Michigan.  He was a devoted husband for 44 years.  Jeffrey 
farmed for over 40 years at Triple R. Farms and was a true steward of farming.  
He and Lisa built a life together that they loved.  Jeffrey was the father of 
two sons whom he taught so much.  His real pride was his grandchildren and he 
would do anything for them.  Jeffrey loved going to the movies with his movie 
buddy, building swing sets and other things for his grandchildren and watching 
Michigan football.  He thought everything was better with chocolate and he made 
sure both his sons and grandchildren knew it.  In Jeffrey’s death, we will miss 
his wisdom, his sense of humor and all the love and understanding in his heart.

Jeffrey is survived by his wife, Lisa Farmer; his sons, Matthew Farmer of 
Sandusky, Michigan and Adam (Stacey) Farmer of Celina, Ohio; his three 
grandchildren, Emma Farmer, Thomas Farmer and William Farmer; His sister, LeAnn 
(Ron) Chambers; his mother-in-law, Phyllis Roggenbuck of Snover; many brothers-
in-law and sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.  Jeffrey is preceded in 
death by his sister, Mary Farmer.

Family will receive visitors from 1-2 PM on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at Marsh 
Funeral Chapel in Sandusky, Michigan.  A memorial service will be held on 
Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 2 PM at Marsh Funeral Chapel in Sandusky, Michigan.  
Cremation and Memorial Services entrusted to Marsh Funeral Chapel, 396 South 
Sandusky Road, Sandusky, Michigan 48471. 810-648-2244.  Published Marsh Funeral
