Kidney trouble is given as the direct cause of death, but vaccination is said to have been a contributory cause, as the deceased had not been well since he underwent that operation. Mr Clapp was born in Bellville Ont., and has lived here about 20 years. For several years he has been night watchman at the sugar factory. He is survived by a son, Edward, Living here and a daughter living in Detroit. He also leaves several brothers and sisters, among them being Thomas Clapp living west of the city and David Clapp of Owosso. The others still reside in Canada. The body was removed to the home of Thomas Clapp this afternoon. Funeral arrangements have not been made as yet. (This probably appeared in the Owosso Argus Press but do not have a date. However, the Mrs White referenced is our Great Grandmother and she died in October of 1924.) dz
