Fort Wayne News Sentinal August 30, 1922
In the Michigan prison at Ionia, Mich., the convicts started a riot over 
denial of privilege and tear gas had to be resorted in order to quiet them. 
This thing of rioting among convicts in state prisons is getting a bit 
tiresome and if a little mustard gas gets mixed in with the tear gas some time 
there are mighty few folks who are going to weep about it.
