Louk (picture) GOODELLS - Robert Gene Louk, 23, of Goodells, died in an automobile accident with his good friend Shaye Francek on Thursday, Nov. 4, 1998 in Greenwood Twp. He was born in Springfield, Ohio on June 20, 1975, the son of Anna Anglebrandt Ling and Joseph M. Louk. Rob was a 1994 graduate of Yale High School and was a avid fisherman, hunter and golfer. Surviving are his parents, Anna and Doyle Ling of Avoca; his son, Robert Gene; two brothers, Joseph M. Louk of Croswell and William R. Louk of Muskegon; his fiancee, Jenny Moody of Goodells; his grandparents, Roberta Anglebrandt, Jim and Donna Wiltshire and Donald S. and Liz Ling; and his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. His grandfather, Junior Anglebrandt preceded his death. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Monday at the Kaatz Funeral Home, Avoca with burial in Caswell Cemetery, Clyde Twp. Visiting hours are 7 to 9 p.m. today and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 Sunday in the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Joseph Louk, Shawn Ling, Timothy Elsey, Scott Schmidt, Matt Henry and Steve Campbell with honorary pallbearers Roy Raska and Michael Hyde.
