Obituariy Orlando McDuff, Yale, St Clair County, Michigan

  Died- At his home in Yale, after two weeks of great suffering from 
 typhoid pneumonia, Orlando McDuff, age 35, Lon McDuff, as he was 
 familiarly called, was born in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1857, came to 
 Michigan when a boy of 14 years, and has been in this immediate 
 neighborhood ever since, and settled in the village about six years 
 ago,. He was a trusted employee in the flax mills up to the time he was 
 taken sick, and has been a consistent member of the M.P. churchfor 
 several years, and died in hopes of a glorious future. He leaves a widow 
 and two children, and many friends to mourn his demise. Funeral services 
 were held in the M.P. church Wednesday morning  at ten o'clock. Rev. 
 Perkins officiating.
