Reinhard (picture) LEXINGTON - Mary Catherine Reinhard, died Thursday, Dec. 10, 1998 at the family home in Lexington. MI after an extended illness. Born in Detroit, MI, July 26, 1930, she was the daughter of the late Eugene and Cathy Delaney. She is survived by her husband, Donald F. Reinhard and her children and their spouses, Kathleen DÆAchille and Ronald McCracken of Easley, South Carolina, Karen and Bruce Balcerski of Lexington, Beth and Tony Guinnane of San Jose, CA, Mark and Linda Reinhard of Buffalo Grove, IL, Michael and Emily Reinhard of Chesterfield, MO, Timothy Reinhard and Susan Borovich of Lakeport, MI, Patrick and Karen Reinhard of Edmond, OK, John and Tonia Reinhard of Washington Twp., Mary and Scott Phillips of Flushing, MI, Jean and Todd Jones of Mocksville, NC, Margaret and Edward Primeau of St. Clair and Nancy and James Hovanec of Croswell. Mrs. Reinhard is also survived by her sisters and brothers-in-law, Anne Markle- OÆHare and Vincent OÆHare of Lexington, MI, and Joan and James Duggan of Coeur dÆAlene, Idaho; her brothers and sister-in-laws, James and Delphine Delaney of Northville, MI, and Joseph and Mona Delaney of St. Clair Shores. Other survivors include her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Dolores and Don Ferschneider of St. Clair Shores, MI, Patricia Reinhard of Battle Creek, MI, Tom and Marge Reinhard of Fraser, MI,; 38 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her son, Richard in 1966. Mrs. Reinhard was a graduate of St. Clair County Community College with a degree in nursing. She was a registered nurse with certification in geriatric nursing at Port Huron Hospital, Port Huron, MI, where she held positions as a Nursing Supervisor, manager of the Lexington Clinic, developer, and manager of the Senior Wellness Program and Industrial Health Services workplace health care provider. She was also a member of the Port Huron Hospital Foundation Board of Trustees and a founding member of the hospitalÆs employee credit union. Mrs. Reinhard was an active volunteer in the Lexington and Port Huron communities, running the American Red Cross blood drives for more than 10 years and serving on the Community Mental Health Board for Sanilac County. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church and served on the St. AnneÆs Circle, the Parish Council, as a Eucharistic Minister and a Sunday School teacher. She was a member and past President of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. Visitation will be on Sunday, Dec. 13, 1998 from 1 to 9 p.m. at the Pomeroy Funeral Home in Lexington. A Rosary will be recited 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at St. Denis Catholic Church in Lexington on Monday, Dec. 14 at 11 a.m. Interment will be at St. Denis Cemetery. Mrs. ReinhardÆs pallbearers will be her sons, Mark, Michael, Timothy, Patrick and John Reinhard and her son-in-law, Scott Phillips.
