                          CERTIFICATE OF MARRIAGE
This Certifies that on the Nineteenth day of December in the year of our Lord 
1888 James W. Gilbert and Victoria Smith were united by me in Holy Matrimony 
at Port Huron according to the laws of the State of Michigan.

I am not sure of the Elder's name.  It looks like J. H. Rowe - but needs to be
