At Ann Arbor, Tuesday morning, Sept. 21st, Mr. M.H. Flynn of liver complaint, after an illness of about two years. He was born in Oneida Co, N.Y., moved to Washtenaw Co, when six years, removed to Three Rivers in 1863, engaged in the carriage business, in company with Mr. Z.B. Ruggles, under the style or firm name of Ruggles and Flynn, discontinuing the co-partnershop after a few years. Mr. Flynn build a wagon manufacturing establishment, on Portage river, near the Pump and Plow works. Mr. Flynn, by industrial habits, economy and close attention to business has acquired a comfortable fortune to leave to his family, a wife and three children. Mr. Flynn was a highly respected citizen, and Three Rivers will feel the loss of two such men in one week. Note: also died, Mr. Arnold, prominent citizen.
