AMASA DANIELS was born 20 Dec 1788 in Bolton, Tolland Co., CT, and died 28 Nov 
1872 in Batavia, Branch Co., MI.  He married (1) OLIVIA HAMMOND 16 Jun 1814 in 
Vernon, CT, daughter of ELI HAMMOND and OLIVIA HOWARD.  She was born 24 Jun 
1793 in Bolton, Tolland Co., CT, and died 01 Apr 1831 in Genesee Co., NY.  He 
married (2) SOPHIA ANN HAMMOND 17 Feb 1832, daughter of ELI HAMMOND and OLIVIA 
HOWARD.  She was born 29 Apr 1803 in Vernon, CT, and died 25 Jan 1865 in 
Florence Twp., St. Joseph Co., MI.
