David Leroy Freeland Sr., 63, of Live Oak died Saturday April 22, 2000. Born in 
Vassar, Mich., he was a retired mechanic in Treasure Island. He was a former 
member of the Illinois Jaycees, was a graduate of Vassar High School in 1956 
and was employed with Vassar schools for 10 years. He was a member of the 
United Methodist Church of Wildwood and was in the Army National Guard. 
Survivors include his wife, Nancy; three sons,James D. of Live Oak,Michael D. 
of Clearwater and David Leroy II of Bushnell; two daughters, Dawn Jescke of 
Sumterville and Joan Morbidelli of Bonaire, Ga.; two sisters, JoAnn R. Freeland 
of Caro, Mich., and Dorothy J. Hoover of Fairgrove, Mich.; a brother, 
Wright 'Bub' Freeland of Barrington, Ill.; nine grandchildren and a great-
grandchild. MuCullough Funeral Home, Warner Robins, Ga.
