MRS. OSCAR (JEAN) TONG

Mrs. Oscar (Jean) tong, 69, a former resident of Marquette, who resided in 
Hawthorne, California, the past 12 years, died yesterday afternoon in St. 
Mary's Hospital where she was a patient two weeks.

Mrs Tong was born January 13, 1888 in Ireland.  She was a member of the 
Methodist Church.

She is survived by three nieces.  Her husband died in 1950.

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Monday afternoon in the Swanson Funeral 
Home with the Reverand Edgar Smith, pastor of the Grace Methodist Church, 
officiating.  Burial will be made in Park Cemetery.
	Friends may call at the funeral home tomorrow afternoon and evening.
