Thomas O. Gibbs (December 14, 1861 - August 26, 1915) and wife Cora Morell 
(Smith) Gibbs (July 22, 1867 - September 12, 1958).  Thomas Gibbs was the 
youngest child of Melvin Gibbs and his second wife Clarissa Crowell who 
settled in Indianfields Township in 1852.  Cora's parents were Mr. and Mrs. 
David Smith of Lockport, New York, who moved to Tuscola County and settled in 
Indianfields Township in 1875.  

Additional Comments:
Thomas O. Gibbs's death certificate shows that he died on August 25, 1916, 
whereas the date of death on his headstone is August 26, 1915.
