Beulah Belle (Osgerby) Chadwick (September 1, 1897 – February 22, 1991) was 
the daughter of Miles M. and Kezia “Kitty” (Caldwell) Osgerby.  Beulah married 
Robert Lincoln Chadwick, son of John Ansel and Persis Elizabeth (Slater) 
Chadwick, but they later divorced.  Beulah and Robert had no children.

Also buried on this lot are Beulah’s sister Mary Elizabeth (Osgerby) Dennis, 
her husband Hazen S. Dennis, and Beulah and Mary’s parents Miles and 
Kezia “Kitty” Osgerby.  The tombstone bears inscriptions for Beulah Chadwick 
and Hazen and Mary Dennis on one side, and inscriptions for Miles and Kezia 
Osgerby on the other side. 

There is also a military marker for Hazen S. Dennis on this lot.
