Hazen S. Dennis (June 22, 1896 – June 26, 1970) and his first wife Mary 
Elizabeth (Osgerby) Dennis (April 28, 1896 – September 23, 1960).  Hazen was 
the son of John Byam and Adelia Ann (Lee) Dennis, and Mary was the daughter of 
Miles M. and Kezia “Kitty” (Caldwell) Osgerby.  Hazen and Mary had no 
children.  Hazen remarried on December 1, 1964; his second wife was Ida 
(Schneider) Dennis (June 22, 1897 – January 1986).

Also buried on this lot are Mary’s sister Beulah (Osgerby) Chadwick, who was 
divorced from Robert L. Chadwick, and Mary and Beulah’s parents Miles and 
Kezia “Kitty” Osgerby.  The tombstone bears inscriptions for Hazen and Mary 
Dennis and Beulah Chadwick on one side, and inscriptions for Miles and Kezia 
Osgerby on the other side. 

There is also a military marker for Hazen S. Dennis on this lot.
