JOHN GEORGE
1852 - 1935	

John George Gaunt (April 16, 1852 – January 1935) was the son of James and 
Phebe (Wilkinson) Gaunt.  John married Evelyn Cornelia “Eva” (Crittenden) 
Gaunt (November 1852 – May 1933), daughter of Amos C. and Cornelia 
Crittenden.  John and Eva had four children:  Howard C. Gaunt, who married 
Cora A. Schanck; Harold G. Gaunt, who married Susie Lou Hayes; Ethel G. Gaunt, 
who married George Schanck; and Ora E. Gaunt, who married William Sweet.

There is also a Gaunt family monument on this lot.
