EVELYN C.
1852 – 1933

Evelyn Cornelia “Eva” (Crittenden) Gaunt (November 1852 – May 1933) was the 
daughter of Amos C. and Cornelia Crittenden.  Eva married John George Gaunt 
(April 16, 1852 – January 1935), the son of James and Phebe (Wilkinson) 
Gaunt.  John and Eva had four children:  Howard C. Gaunt, who married Cora A. 
Schanck; Harold G. Gaunt, who married Susie Lou Hayes; Ethel G. Gaunt, who 
married George Schanck; and Ora E. Gaunt, who married William Sweet.

There is also a Gaunt family monument on this lot.
