The Samuel Larrabee Family Monument is located in Block H, Sec. 10.  Samuel 
Larrabee (December 25, 1867 – June 27, 1927) was the son of Luman Larrabee, 
Sr. and his first wife Margaret (Flack) Larrabee.  Samuel married 
Katherine “Kate” (Murphy) Larrabee (February 1, 1872 – May 31, 1948), daughter 
of Daniel W. and Margaret (Toomey) Murphy.  Samuel and Kate had two children:  
Margaret Marie Larrabee, who married Clark White Osgerby; and Cecil T. 
Larrabee, who never married.  Samuel and Kate eventually divorced.



Additional Comments:
Aside from the family monument, there are two grave markers on this lot; one 
for Samuel Larrabee, and one for Samuel and Kate’s son Cecil T. Larrabee. Kate 
(Murphy) Larrabee is buried in the Indianfields Township Cemetery with her 
second husband George W. Coleman.
