Alta “Altie” E. Larrabee (August 3, 1891 – October 1973) and his wife Lucile 
Almira (Chappell) Larrabee (June 21, 1890 – 1972).  Altie was the son of Luman 
Larrabee, Jr. and Adeline “Addie” (Chase) Larrabee, and  Lucile was the 
daughter of Rollin D. and Alta A. (Ducolon) Chappell.  Altie and Lucile had no 
children.

Also buried on this lot in Block B, Sec 8 of Riverside Cemetery are Lucile’s 
parents Rollin D. and Alta A. Chappell and Lucile’s sister May Belle 
Chappell.  One side of the headstone is inscribed with the names and years of 
birth and death for Altie and Lucile; the other side is inscribed with the 
names and years of birth and death for Rollin, Alta, and their daughter May 
Belle Chappell.
