This certifies that Solomon Day aged 31 years of the township of Deerfield, County of Lapeer & State of Michigan, 
and Mary Bailey aged 25 years of the township of Dayton, County of Tuscola & State of Michigan were by me joined 
in Matrimony according to the laws of the State of Michigan, on the 6th day of October AD 1861 in said Dayton, in 
presence of ?ouge W. Kale & Mary Hall of said Dayton.
