This is to certify that on the 7th day of Oct 1863 at the residence of John S. Frazer 
of Tuscola, Richmond Sands, M.D. of Nai?n Canada West, aged 28 years, and Margarette S. Frazer 
of Tuscola, Michigan aged 26 years, were united by me in the bond of Matrimony, agreeable 
with the laws of the State of Michigan, and in the presence of John S. Frazer and Ann Frazer 
of Tuscola as above.

This is to certify that on the 11th day of October AD 1863, at the house of O.G. Slafter 
in said town, Samuel Heines of the above named place and Marion Davis of Jackson, Mich. 
to me personally know to be the persons describedin this certificate were by me joined 
together with their mutual consent in the bonds of Wedlock and I did ascertain that the 
said parties could lawfully contract said marriage, which took place in the presence of 
A.O. Slafter and John Putnum.

Witness my hand this 11th day of Oct AD 1863.
