This is to certify that Franklin G. Parsell aged 19 years, of the town of Almer, 
Tuscola County and State of Michigan, and Patience E. Dickerson aged 19 years, of 
the town of Almer, Tuscola County and State of Michigan, were by me (David June) 
joined in matrimony, according to the laws of the State of Michigan, on the 28th day 
of February one thousand eight hundred and sixty four, at the residence of J. Beach.
