County of Tuscola

I certify that on the 26th day of July AD 1864 at Dayton in the County aforesaid, 
I, Charles B. Mills joined in marriage Richard Lawrence of Dayton in the State of 
Michigan agged twenty eight years, and Lydia J. Cline Smith of Dayton in the State 
of Michigan aged sixteen years, that the parties did then and there solemnly declare 
that they took each other as husband and wife, and that there were present as witnesses 
George W. Spencer and Jane Spencer of said Dayton.

Dated at Dayton this 26th day of July AD 1864.

This is to certify that Andrew J. Bratt aged 24 years, of Tuscola County and State of 
Michigan, and Eliza Jane Rutherford aged 21 years, of Tuscola County, and State of Michigan, 
were by me joined in matrimony, according to the laws of the State of Michigan, on the third 
day of September AD 1864 at Juniata.  In the presence of T.M. Rutherford & H.E. Bratt.
