I do hereby certify that on the sixteenth day of July in the year of our Lord one 
thousand eight hundred and sixty five, at the house of Zephriam Wilber in the Township 
of Fairgorve, Wesley G. Wilber aged twenty eight years, and Laura D. Wilder aged twenty 
years, both of Fairgrove, and to me personally know to be the persons described in this 
certificate was by me joined together by their mutual consent in the bonds of wedlock, 
and I first ascertained that the said parties were of sufficient age to consent to the same.
