This is to certify that Thomas M. Pennell of the township of Vassar, and Charlotte Kenyon 
of the township of Indianfields, both of the County of Tuscola and State of Michigan, were 
by one J. Dennison Lewis joined in matrimony according to the laws of the State of Michigan 
on the second day of September one thousand eight hundred and sixty five at the house of 
Aaron Pennell in the township of Vassar.
